Drains blocked all the way along the road not just one place and where you have cleaned drain on grass verge it’s still has a drop kerb that shouldn’t be there which is causing the water to flood our garden as per previous report

Thank you for your report. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the full repair due to difficulties accessing the area of concern. A permanent repair is already scheduled and will be carried out once access is resolved. There’s no need to submit an additional report, as the follow-up works are already logged in our system.
