Commercial van obstruction

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8779824.

A permanently parked commercial van causes obstruction. It allows no room for passing traffic and certainly not emergency vehicles which have to continually bump up on to the pedestrian areas in order to pass.
