Carriageway flooded plus damage to the road

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8778093.

Every time it rains there is flooding on the south bound carriageway of the Great North Road just opposite Atkinsons Timber. It is extremely dangerous as it covers the over taking lane and cannot be seen when it is dark. Just past the flooded area there looks to be damage to the carriageway. Urgent attention is required
