Rogue wheelie bin

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8777924.

A brown wheelie bin full of rubbish is sat next to the bins in Preston Grove and hasn't been moved or collected in over two years.

Please can you remove it as it attracts fly tipping and rats. We haven't had wheelie bins in this area for years
