I would like a space for my house due to the continued parking from others right in the way of my house

Hi I am a resident on Victoria road Pudsey Ls287sr I live on a school street I am looking to apply for a permit for a bay Infront of my house. We bought the house February 2025 We are doing a full house renovation, we have skips all the time, workmen and it's just frustrating when people park right in front of the house. For example, today we are due to have our skip emptied and taken away but when they come they won't be able to as this green car is parked right where he gets it(the skips goes over that small wall) The green car is a teacher from the school even thought they have staff parking at the school and this means he'll be parked there for about 7 1/2 hours. However it's not just that one, the cars are constantly parking there, weather that be teachers, parents, people who park there for an hour and go over the road to the park. I believe it's not fair on us when there is plenty of parking over the road, near the park and the school. I would be ever so grateful if you took this into consideration, thank you.
