No Keep left sign facing North

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8775694.

Heading northbound there is no keep left sign indicating the start of the dual carriageway. There is also only one NO ENTRY sign on the southbound road. Road markings (paint) cannot be seen in dark. In dark and fog conditions it is an accident waiting to happen as cars could drive right into the central reservation or the wrong carriageway,
