Blocked drain causing flood on road

The drainage outside 114 Appleton Drive has blocked up and the road now floods every time it rains. This has been going on for a couple of months. It’s also flooded the pedestrian crossing area of the footpath. Cars drive quicker than they should along the road and around the bend so I’m worried the flooding will cause an accident
