Massive flooding since october unresolved

This flooding has been reported multiple times via fix my street yet nothing has been done aside from a sign saying “flood”, and then the ticket is closed. This is not an appropriate use of this technology and is frustrating to members of the public who in good faith take time to report these issues. The drain pictured is always full to the brim in dry weather, then bubbles like some demonic toilet in the rain, spewing water everywhere and creating a flood that is at least 4 meters long and 2 meters wide. This backs up traffic and is hazardous to the intersection, to pedestrians and cyclists who all use this road and pavement to get to the nearby Europa School.
