Neglected ditch causing deterioration of the bridleway

The bridleway between Halfords Lane and Springwell Lane Hartley Wintney has significantly deteriorated due to ongoing neglect. The ditch to the side has not been cleared in many years causing the sediment level to rise and more or less completely block the ditch. This has caused water to frequently flood down the bridleway leading to deterioration and washing away much of the path near to the footbridge by the ford. This makes the bridleway impassable often through the year. The ditch needs digging out and the surface of the bridleway repaired particularly by the footbridge.
