Flytipping mess in car park

Evening :)
There is two lots of fly tipping in the brambles to the right far side of the carpark. There were used condoms and other unhygienic mess there which we cleared up. The mess is consistent and overwhelming. There needs to be a gate at night time as people park up and do funny business. Thank you kindly
