Bin in road

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8773826.

Someon keeps on putting a bin in the road every evening to save a parking space. I feel this is not ok and unfair to other road users.

It has been going on for a week. Martin road hangelton. At the top of egmnot road where it meets Martin road slightly left.
