Sign indicating turning to Eaton Hastings church is missing from Faringdon side and faded from Lechlade side

The turning to Eaton Hastings church (and properties along this lane) is indicated on the brow of the hill coming out of Eaton Hastings on the A417. The sign is so faded that it is basically just a triangle. The sign indicating the turning from Faringdon side was broken and couldn't be seen and now seems to have disappeared altogether. For safety reasons it seems that these should be replaced urgently. Thank you.
