Overgrown hedge

The hedge outside 5/7 Plymouth Drive is trimmed and cared for but it is protuding over the pavement for about 30+cms. It's not possible to pass with a pushchair or pram with a young child walking alongside. 2 adults also struggle to walk side by side. The current roadworks are compounding the problem.
