Horrible parking very close to footpath

Lots of cars everyday use the smallest “parking” house 40 is without any parking space in legal terms but anyway its not a problem for lots of cars coming and parking everywhere. Absolutely no stresses about footpath which is crossed by the kids and elderly people with dogs. This cars are so close to the edge of the footpath and sometimes they park on footpath aswell. That’s a shame this neighbors keep in the garden dogs lots of them and on Saturday and Sunday morning 5 am they take their dogs out for a walk. Absolutely disgusting
