Huge Pothole in middle of road and not avoidable

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8768871.

This pothole has been there about a month however has got worse over time now the pothole is extermely deep and big. This pothole is big enough to cause damage to cars. Please get someone to repair it asap so no cyclists get injured or cars get damaged. This pothole is difficult to avoid especially when other cars are coming in the opposite direction to you. Please could this get sorted.

I reported this pothole already yesterday however my car had to go into the garage to check if I had any damage to my car as I kept hearing a noise after I hit this pothole. It is dangerous and needs fixing asap.

Investigation: Completed (Temporary Repair Completed - A permanent repair will be carried out in the next 28 days.) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 25/02/2026
