4” deep by 10” wide pothole on the B3011 Causeway that cannot be seen the the dark or easily avoided with on coming traffic

I drove over this pothole on Sunday evening 25th Jan in low light and it destroyed my passengers side front tyre upon impact. My car had to be recovered. This pothole cannot be avoided with on coming traffic and is a major safety issue. Direction of travel is left side of the road toward Hartley Wintney.
