Due to insufficient parking provision at the end of Kenilworth Way, residents are being forced to park partly on the pavement.

This obstructs pedestrian access, including for children and pushchairs.

This is not deliberate misuse but a consequence of inadequate parking provision and restricted road layout.

Please assess and address the safety impact.
