Collapsing steps from towpath to riverside

I previously reported this issue many months ago and nothing happened. Steps were constructed with hand rails by canal project officer hosted by MKBC as It was then. The land belongs to CRT who have now mounted hazardous path signs.
It would be far cheaper to repair steps now rather than let them collapse further. Almost certainly the link will be promoted in their literature.
