A 300m stretch between top of Blowingstone Hill and the track entrance to Field Barn - has been subject to a spillage

I suspect by the time you read this you may already know about it, but here are some pictures. Blood red spillage running all the way down the road from the Ridgeway at the top of Blowingstone Hill down to the entrance of Field Barn (Just north of Kingston Warren. It doesn't smell of either paint or fuel. There this morning when I went out for a bike ride. Someone has reported a 'police incident'. Items of broken metal at the Ridgeway around the area where the blood red liquid starts.
