Road surface failure between Launton Road and past Hundred Acres rbt

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8763422.

Carriageway surface has been failing over many months, with the recent heavy rainfall it is steadily disintegrating. The surface is lifting resulting flying debris hitting the car and potentially cyclists. Also concerned for pedestrians if waiting to cross. Potholes are worsening almost daily, whilst, many may not currently meet the requirements for treatment they soon will. Some within the cycle lanes represent a genuine safety concern for cyclists.
