Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 876276.

Came home with granddaughter from a long day out at 5.30 ish to music that was low but bassey Every now nd then it would go off but to return louder. I took granddaughter home around 7pm music still on had she of stayed I would have not been able to get her to sleep, on return 9.15 music much louder nd bassey music on until 9.35.
