Road Surface and Potholes

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8757888.
The surface of Lakes Road is becoming increasingly uncomfortable and dangerous. Approximately halfway between the start of Lakes Road and the entrance to Keston Gardens, there is an increasing number of potholes which are becoming larger each week.
Most of the road surface is deteriorating rapidly. This is a narrow road with on street parking on both sides as the residences do not have garage space. There is a Primary school at the junction with Keston Avenue
I drive this road every day and find the potholes almost impossible to avoid causing my wheels to emit a loud thump as they are crossed.
Should this continue and damage occur rto one of my wheels then wold feel justified in passing on the cost of repair to the LBB
I would like to know, please, what steps are being taken to rectify this situation, preferable as soon as possible, preferably an approximate date when this problem is to be dealt with.
