Hawthorn tree needs cutting back and reshaping on green in Mimosa Close, Pilgrims Hatch

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 07:02, Wed 10 August 2016

Sent to Brentwood Borough Council 2 minutes later

Please can the Hawthorn tree be shaped back into a tree and not a sprawling mess hanging over the pathways around the green area of Mimosa Close etc it also makes it difficult for the Council lawn mowers to get around it to cut the grass.

Also could the house at the front of the green be asked politely to trim back their privet hedge which also overhangs the pathway near to this Hawthorn tree as you look down to the green their house is on the left hand side. The outside of their garden is also an fire hazard as it is unkempt with dry long grass which in this hot weather could catch light etc. You will see this area down the side of their fenced area.

Thank you for your help.
