30 cm pothole on corner of junction.
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 10:28, Saturday 24 January 2026
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8756644.
Although the general state of this stretch of road has been reported this pothole is actually on the corner of the junction as you drive out of Middleton Cheney onto the B4525 towards Banbury. just3words. east.framework.cement. crusaders.lock.sizing They are getting deeper by the day and the previous fix is not work. I think it only lasted 12 months. Please note HS2 Lorrieās use the B4525 and as they continue over the mini roundabout they also hit this pothole.

The pot hole is significantly bigger and is now very dangerous as people have to swing out to miss it and there have been a number of near misses from hitting traffic on the other side of the road.
You must increase this severity before somebody gets badly hurt.
The whole road is break up in places.

I should also add that failure for the council to act will mean the liability will fall onto WNC as they are condoning an accident by having it at such a low severity.
See to this immediately, please.
It's approx doubled in size from the first published photos.
