Layby on the right shortly after leaving Longwick before Penns Flowers

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8749975.

Horse box has been parked in the layby since November. Thought it was abandoned at first, but it now appears to be being lived in - electric light on inside at times, apparent electricity cable leading out towards back. Back often partly open.
