Huge pothole, literally blocking the middle of the road

This is an unacceptably large crater of a pothole that is highly dangerous, spewing contents across the road and pavement,t and positioned directly in the middle of the road makign it almost impossible for vehicles to get around, especially when parked cars are present. Pull your finger out and repair it.
