Unnecessary hedge behind William hill attracting rubbish and vermin

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8744029.

There's bushes behind William hill near the footpath that seem unnecessary. Everybody dumps all their rubbish there and it attracts local drug dealers etc therefore not safe to walk down on a night. Also the house that's there on its own was meant to be demolished on the 1st December but it's still there another eye sore for the area.
