New bin required

The bin in this location is totally inadequate as many boats moor at the side of the river in the park and use this bin to offload their Rubbish. It is often overflowing with Rubbish which gets blown down the street. This is a lovely part of Marlow and it's a shame that this is happening. Would it be possible for this small bin be replaced with a larger type which could cope with the extra Rubbish from boats. I don't live in Marlow and every time I visit my daughter I am surprised by the amount of Rubbish overflowing around this location. Hope the council can feel in its power to solve this problem.
