Blocked drain

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 874233.

The road drain is blocked with mud and has been so for 3 months. Causes flooding on Hertford Road. Hazard for pedestrians and cars. Please sort it I don't want to be soaked again!
