Surround and support to Surface Water grid is collapsing

The surrounding area of road which supports the drain grid is looking very precarious and is offten causing noise when traversed by HGVs particular empty vehicles. The drain gulley is alaso blocked causing water to cascade alongside the footpath meaniong that pedestrians are soaked with nowhere to take cover from the vehicle spray, the road being inches from the very narrow footpath and less than a metre from the house wall. Within a few feet of this drain (in the Brackley direction)there is road sinkage which traverses the carriageway. This sinkage has developed into a very sharp ramp which is less that a metre from the window of a house and the noise caused when HGVs traverse this ramp keeps neighbours awake throughout the night. One member of the household is a 1 year old who is often alarmed by the noise
