Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8740573.

He runs a car sales business in front of his house. The cars are 4 or 5 percent tax and MOT-free, or even worse. They block the entire street. My carer and family can't come home because there's no parking space. I also have trouble getting out of my car park. I'm disabled.
