Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8740339.

For years these lights have had problem with the sequence. There should be a filler slot. For example which is being high lighted with the Middleton road works. Traffic is building up due to people turning right from church lane. It’s blocking traffic wanting to go straight over or left. At best with the traffic coming the other way. It allows about 1-2 cars through.
