Cable from pole has been snapped in half

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8738688.

The cable that spanned between two poles across Wessex Road to Vicaridge road has snapped. I don't know who is responsible for this cable or what it's for. Thought this might be the most efficient means of reporting the issue.
