Ongoing issue since beginning of December, vehicle is parking in middle of communal parking area on a residential cul de sac as oppose to in parking spaces deliberately causing vehicles to be blocked in and deliberately creating difficulties for residents/visitors/tradesmen/carers to the cul de sac to park in available spaces.
