Pothole repair failed please fix before it tears a tyre.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.

This pothole has got significantly bigger and deeper and more dangerous since it was first reported on 21.1.26 It needs repairing as a matter of urgency before it causes major damage or an accident to a vehicle. You said you would repair it by 1.2.26 but now it is just shown as 'scheduled' with no date! Please schedule with a proper realistic repair date URGENTLY.
