    We have inspected this vehicle early this month and reported it to DVLA for tax infringements. We will assess this again.

    After writing to the keeper they contacted us stating it is not abandoned. After contacting DVLA they have now clamped the vehicle for tax infringements. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.
