Blocked drain

The drain between Swanmore Primary School and St Barnabas Church in Swanmore has a reoccurring issue with the drain(s) by the speed bump, because they take a significant amount of time to drain surface water away.

This has been reported previously, but I appreciate it takes several days/weeks for someone to inspect this. On previous reports, these incidents have been closed straight away as by the time the inspection has taken place, this water has drained away, a number of days later but this refloods each time it rains.

As this is happening on a speed bump, when cars drive through this, it is causing the school children and parents to get splashed.
