Tintagel Close Luton Lu3 1pf double parking due to new temporary school in Bishopscote Road. This is dangerous and inconsiderate pedestrians can't use the path and emergency vehicles would have no chance accessing the property's. Most cars are parents dropping off children but some are school staff using as a car park
