Just to let you know that the culvert alongside Hayes Road between Spinney View & the Puxley road is again blocked & overflowing onto/along Hayes Rd. Also, there is still water being forced up & over the pavement alongside 1, Spinney View, following the rainy weather of 15/1/26 (attached photos taken at 12:45 pm on 16/1).
