No pedestrian walkway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8732060.

Due to proximity between industrial areas and residential this road is always used by pedestrians however there is no dedicated pedestrian pavement and people have to walk on mud which is slippery and extremely dangerous if someone is to slip into oncoming traffic. What is being done about this?
