Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 20:42, Tuesday 20 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8731398.
Assisted a lady who had just flown off her bicycle and sustained severe facial injuries until the ambulance arrived. I too cycle down this road very often and have noticed these potholes before. Please treat this as urgent before more people get hurt.

My wife was the lady who sustained multiple facial injuries. The eye injury alone required 16 stitches. These potholes are in the cycle/bus lane and are extremely dangerous to any cyclist. (Bus drivers who regularly travel the route steer clear of them by avoiding the bus lane.) We are very grateful to the previous reporter, who assisted her among others.

Extremely dangerous pothole in an unlight area at the bottom of a long steep hill in the cycle lane area. As it's at the bottom of a hill Cyclists encounter this while traveling at significant speed. Cyclists without strong lights are unlikely to see. Major risk of severe injury due to the location.
