Road flooding and ditches full of weeds

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8731170.

This part of the road never used to flood. It now floods every time we have rain. It has started to get quite deep and is usually the only viable road out of Denchworth when floods happen, which is quite regular now. The ditches need clearing for a start.
