Dangerous stairs

The stairs from 5 Golden Villa are in very poor state, making it dangerous to get from the car down to the pavement and bungalows

  • Thank you for your report. Based on our assessment, the highlighted area does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention under our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. However, we can recommend the use of the grit bin in this location to ease the slippiness of the steps, we have also been in contact with your local Cllr and will be looking into a more long term solution in the near future. We will continue to monitor this location during our routine statutory inspections. If you observe any deterioration or worsening of the issue, please feel free to open a new report.
