Incorrect timing of temporary lights

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8731008.

Northbound lights are incorrectly timed. They go green whilst vehicles are still approaching and can go red again before the road is clear. Only time Northbound traffic can pass is when there is no southbound traffic left waiting. Traffic queued back to just after North Aston cross roads. Zero queue southbound.
