Huge pothole my car scrapes the ground becuase of it and I got a puncture

Poor maintenance, the pothole is next to the metal barriers and has a constant pool of water looks like a leak.

    The holes are 50cm deep and span the entire carriageway. They were not repaired properly on the last visit, see attached contractor vehicle doing a poor repair. I am on the 5th cracked wheel on my car, and 6th tyre, the holes cannot be avoided driving over. It’s a total disgrace the road is being left in this state
