    The mud has been cleared from around grate, however there is still loads of mud below the great within the chamber. Please come back and properly clean out the chamber of mud otherwise it will fill up and you won’t see the grate again for another 10 years.

  • I have sent an update on this. They cleared the greats but the gully underneath still looks like it’s full of soil. Only half a job.
