Same large pothole and its getting bigger

Previous "temporary" repairs have now disappeared and the hole is getting larger. 2 other holes have appeared. Drivers approaching the holes are now driving on the opposite side of the road to miss the holes. Remaining on the wrong side of the road passing my entrance and gate. This presents a danger as there is no pavement to any person exiting my gates and not expecting a vehicle passing within inches of the gates on their wrong side. I have previously reported these same problems which end up with a quick fill and no permanent cure.
