Lack of drainage on street

Lack of drainage on the road, coupled with the natural sloping of the road/tarmac, causes water to build up on top of the tarmac from the cul-de-sac and adjoining steet. This then overspills onto the property when it rains, causing water to run off on the drive and outside the front door. This is particularly dangerous when there is frost/ice, as we cannot walk to our car without slipping. There is no street drainage near the location (the closest one is halfway down the street, which does not collect any water). The water pooling on the road drains into our garden, damaging the foundations and the garage.
