Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

I have driven home from work tonight and had a blow out, n/s front just after the s bends, heading west towards A5 junction. Pitch dark, no street lights . Cars everywhere and o kerb side to change tyre. I am a 63 yr old female, on my own and very frightened.
