Significant trip hazard into road - raised highway by traffic lights

Reported via desktop in the Depression in road category anonymously at 08:50, Tuesday 20 January 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8725468.

8032031 - previoiusly reported in Aug 2025 by someone else

The traffic lights on Colston Avenue in front of Beacon Tower - there is a significant tarmac trip hazard (looks like traffic weight has created a bulge). Both my wife and I have tripped on way to work and have witnessed others. The problem is that it is as you step onto the road and is therefore a bigger than normal risk.
